LOP COSMETICS General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Introduction
The purchase of products offered on the LOP COSMETICS Website is subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("General Terms and Conditions of Sale").
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, particularly those in force for in-store sales.

1 - Ordering Procedures
The LOP COSMETICS website allows you to order "LOP COSMETICS" brand products online via www.fomowaparis.com.

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible, with their essential characteristics as defined in Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code.
Each time you place an order on the LOP COSMETICS Website, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the date of your order by checking the box provided for this purpose.
Otherwise, the order cannot be placed.
You must carefully check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. You are informed that the order is subject to a payment obligation.
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email; this email will contain, on the one hand, an acknowledgment of receipt of your order with a description of the selected LOP COSMETICS products, quantity, price, shipping costs, associated payment, and, on the other hand, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in the version accepted by you, thus constituting proof of the order and the contract concluded.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by LOP COSMETICS constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by LOP COSMETICS and its customers.
The order status can be consulted at any time by the customer from your customer account accessible from the LOP COSMETICS Website, access to which is reserved for you by a password you choose. The information and details completed by the customer can be modified at any time by the customer; the latter can also access information relating to any previous orders.
2 - Availability
Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stock. In the event of product unavailability after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email as soon as possible, offering you either to order another item presented on the LOP COSMETICS Website as a replacement, or to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be immediately reimbursed if your bank account has been debited.
Orders placed on the LOP COSMETICS website are reserved for individuals and "end-user" businesses. Resale or distribution of LOP COSMETICS products purchased on the LOP COSMETICS website is strictly prohibited.
LOP COSMETICS is a retailer and is not intended to sell the products offered in large quantities. Consequently, LOP COSMETICS reserves the right to limit the quantity of products ordered or refuse orders for the same product in large quantities, in accordance with applicable provisions, particularly those of Article L122-1 of the French Consumer Code.

3 - Price
The prices of LOP COSMETICS products are indicated in euros and include all taxes, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.
LOP COSMETICS reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the LOP COSMETICS Website at any time and without prior notice. Products are invoiced based on the prices displayed on the LOP COSMETICS Website at the time of your order, subject to the availability of the ordered products at that time.
Products remain the property of LOP COSMETICS until full payment is received by LOP COSMETICS. However, you assume the risks (including loss, theft, or damage) concerning the delivered products from the effective delivery date.
Except for the refund cases provided for below, LOP COSMETICS will not refund the VAT applied to purchases made on the LOP COSMETICS Website (even if the buyer, after receipt, re-ships the LOP COSMETICS products to a country outside the European Union).
4 - Payment
Any order placed on the LOP COSMETICS Website must be paid immediately at the time of placing your order. We only accept payments by credit card and via PayPal.
All orders are payable in euros. Your order will only be shipped after your payment method has been verified and authorization to debit your card has been received.
Your credit card will only be debited when your order is shipped. In the event of unavailability of certain ordered items, only the price and shipping costs relating to the available products will be debited.
LOP COSMETICS uses the SSL encryption process to protect all data related to personal information and payment methods. In all secure areas where the URL address begins with https:// (where the "s" means secure), information is encrypted and therefore protected before being transferred via the Internet.
For certain orders, you may be asked to proceed with an authenticated and secure payment using the 3D Secure system (via "Verified by Visa®" or "MasterCard® SecureCode"). In this case, you will need to enter the personal information requested by your bank to finalize your payment.
Accepted payment methods are: Carte Bleue, Visa Card, American Express Card, Master Card, and PayPal.
5 - Fraud prevention
LOP COSMETICS reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute over a previous order, or if LOP COSMETICS reasonably believes that this customer has violated these General Terms and Conditions or has engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
In the event of loss, theft, or any fraudulent use of your password, you agree to inform LOP COSMETICS immediately.
6 - Delivery
Products purchased on the LOP COSMETICS Website can be delivered worldwide.
Delivery fees are free for all orders over €150.
Before the final validation of your order, the amount of shipping costs is clearly stated.
Products are shipped to the delivery address you indicated during your order.
